Pricing

All pricing is by in-person consultation only. Pricing subject to change with any additional services or product required during the appointment. 

Chemical services require a deposit upon booking. This deposit holds your appointment spot, is non-refundable for any reason, and is applied to your total service cost. In the event the appointment that the deposit was left for needs to be rescheduled, that deposit is good for 6 months from the payment date.


Cancellation and Late Policy

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Appointments cancelled beyond the 48 hour mark will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

If a deposit was left, the deposit is applied to this cancellation fee but additional may be owed.

For hourly appointments, the average of the quoted time frame will be used to calculate the cancellation fee.

No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost. 

In the case of repeated, excessive last minute cancellations I may require pre-payment of the next service in addition to the cancellation fee, at my discretion. 

If you’re running late, please message me (if you can safely!) or call the salon. I allow a 15 minute grace period, past 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may be owed. 

Note that parking downtown can be unpredictable, and difficult at peak times. Please plan accordingly. 

I reserve the right to refuse re-booking any client that has violated my cancellation policy. 

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.

Refunds

All sales, services, and deposits are non-refundable for any reason. 

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your service, don’t be shy! I will work with you to make reasonable edits, if applicable. Please contact me within a week of the original appointment and I’d be happy to discuss our options.
